He is an HR Specialist, who has completed his PhD in HR domain and cleared UGC – NET. He gives importance to human values and always maintains a good rapport with his colleagues and students. He would love to shoulder responsibilities and strives hard to accomplish them effectively. He enjoys doing things creatively. He is compassionate with students and for sure, the students enjoy his companionship. He always looks forward for igniting young minds. Above all, he has a strong passion towards teaching. His areas of interests are Organizational Behavior, Emotional Intelligence, NLP, and Work Life Balance. He is very much interested in counseling the students and bringing the best out of them. He offers a customized course called “Blossom” to the students throughout the course with the objective of making them better human beings and to realize their full potentials. He is also an expert trainer in leadership development and has trained students and corporate executives. He coordinates the activities of HBS HR Club. He is an active member of NHRD, Trichy chapter and SHARP.
