The Centre for Career Development (CCD) at Hallmark Business School (HBS) serves as a vital platform for transforming students into competent, industry-ready professionals. Guided by an experienced CCD Coordinator, the centre bridges the gap between industry expectations and student skill sets, ensuring that graduates are fully prepared to perform from day one of their careers. CCD strengthens industry integration by offering multiple engagement opportunities such as Management Development Programs (MDPs), industrial visits, conclaves, corporate internships, and consultancy assignments, all of which provide students with valuable practical exposure.

In addition to industry interaction, the centre helps students identify their interests, strengths, and career aspirations through structured assessments, workshops, personality development programs, alumni interactions, and counselling support. To enhance employability, CCD also conducts rigorous training in aptitude, group discussions, and personal interviews, enabling students to perform confidently in recruitment processes. A key function of the centre is to facilitate placements for final-year students through both campus and off-campus drives, ensuring they secure promising career opportunities. Regular CCD sessions are organized for both first-year and second-year students to continuously improve their competencies and overall professional readiness.
