He has proven abilities in team management & leadership and has consistent focus on academic achievement. He has rich academic administrative experience of more than 10 years. He is an authority in the field of Strategic Management, Leadership & Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. He has presented over 30 research papers in various national and international conferences and published over 35 research articles and authored one book. As the director of HBS he follows the philosophy of servant leadership, he shares power, put the needs of the people first and help them to develop and perform to their potentials. He is deeply involved with several leading organizations and faculty members of educational institutions through MDP and FDP. He is an Active member of several professional bodies including DDHRF, NHRD, AIMA, and MMA.
