Emphasizing operational excellence and process efficiency, Hallmark Business School organized a Faculty Mentorship Program on “From Bottlenecks to Flow: Applying Theory of Constraints for Capacity Optimisation.”

The session was led by Dr. S. Jaya Krishna, Associate Professor and Area Chair (Operations & Supply Chain Management), Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Trichy, who shared valuable insights on identifying bottlenecks, improving process flow, and optimizing capacity for better organizational performance. Students gained practical understanding of applying operational strategies to real-world business challenges.

The program enhanced students’ analytical thinking and strengthened their understanding of efficient operations management and continuous improvement.
