Dr. Sheeba D is a dynamic and research-driven academician with over 15 years of experience in teaching, research, entrepreneurship, and academic administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from VIT Vellore, along with an M.Phil. and MBA (Finance & Marketing). Her academic and research interests include Agripreneurship, Women Entrepreneurship, Financial Management, Behavioral Finance, AI-driven Financial Systems, and innovation and digital adoption for women empowerment.

Dr. Sheeba has made significant contributions to research with publications in Scopus, Web of Science (WoS), and ABDC-indexed journals. Her work is interdisciplinary in nature and aligns with key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 1, 2, 5, and 10), focusing on sustainable agriculture, financial inclusion, and technology-driven development.

Prior to her current role, she worked as a Teaching & Research Assistant at VIT Vellore, where she contributed to high-quality research using tools such as SPSS, SMART PLS, R, and VOS Viewer. She also has industry experience as an Assistant Manager and as an entrepreneur, providing her with practical insights into financial management, operations, and business development.
